2.3 Quick application form
For online applications there is the possibility to use the quick application form on our website.
By activating the checkboxes, you give us your express consent that the data you provide may be processed and used by us for the purpose of processing your application. You can revoke this consent at any time by e-mail.

Purpose of collection and dissemination
Your data will be used exclusively for the purpose of filling positions within our company. Only the internal position and specialist departments of Heidrive, which are responsible for the specific application procedure, will receive your documents.
Your application documents will not be used or passed on to third parties.
Storage of application data
Your application data will be stored for the duration of the application process and deleted after 6 months. The upload files are temporarily stored on our web server and are automatically deleted after 30 days.
This does not apply, however, if legal regulations oppose data deletion, if further backup is required due to the evidence or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage.
Data of minors
Persons under 18 years of age should only transmit personal data to us with the consent of their legal guardians.
2.4 Tracking tools
With the tracking measures we use, we want to ensure that our website is designed to meet the needs of our customers and is continuously optimized.
2.4.1 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. ("Google"). 2.4.2 Google Tag Manager (GTM)
Google Tag Manager (GTM) is a tag management system to manage JavaScript and HTML tags that can be used for website tracking and analysis. Tags are small pieces of code that are used, among other things, to measure visits and behavior on our website and to test and optimize the website. GTM makes it easy for us to implement and manage our tags on the website. Our GTM container uses the following tracking tools:

2.5 E-Mail marketing / newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on our website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. Further data will not be collected or only on a voluntary basis.
You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing procedures already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data you have provided us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after the newsletter has been cancelled. The data you have provided us with for the purpose of receiving mailings will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the mailing and will be deleted from our servers after unsubscription. Data stored by us for other purposes remain unaffected.
2.6 Use of personal data for advertising and market research purposes
If you agree to the further use of your personal data for "advertising and market research purposes", your personal data will also be used for such purposes. 2.7 Use of SalesViewer® technology
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.
In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.
The data stored by Salesviewer will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them.
The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on www.salesviewer.com/opt-out in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. In this case, an opt-out cookie for this website is saved on your device. If you delete the cookies in the browser, you will need to click on this link again.
3. Information disclosure
In principle, we do not pass on any personal data without your consent, nor do we sell or rent data.
However, it may be necessary for us to pass on your personal data to other companies affiliated with Allied Motion The Netherlands or to external service providers, in each case also in European or non-European third countries (USA), in order to process your enquiry. 4. The duration for which the personal data are stored
The criterion for the duration of storage of personal data is the respective legal retention period. After expiry of the period, the corresponding data is routinely deleted, provided that it is no longer required for the fulfilment or initiation of the contract.

This website uses SSL or TLS encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests that you send to us as the site operator.
